Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Lyracut, including the web application and Lyracut AutoEdit for Adobe Premiere Pro.
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
The Premiere Pro plugin uses browser pairing and a revocable device token. A qualifying Lyracut trial or subscription is required for subscription-only editing features.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, included usage, credit limits, and trial terms are disclosed before purchase. You may cancel future renewal through the available billing controls; cancellation does not retroactively refund amounts already charged except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Adobe Marketplace distribution does not create a separate Lyracut entitlement. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, billing and subscription management occur through Lyracut and its payment provider.
Affiliate program
US-based account holders with a verified email may join the Lyracut affiliate program and receive a unique active referral link. Affiliates receive 25% of eligible subscription revenue collected from a new customer during that customer’s first 12 paid subscription months, unless Lyracut and the affiliate agree to a different rate shown in the affiliate dashboard. Eligible revenue excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, one-time credit packs, and other non-subscription purchases.
Attribution uses the last valid Lyracut affiliate click within 60 days, may be associated with a signed-in account, and is locked to the subscription when checkout begins. Existing customers, retroactive claims, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent or manipulated attribution do not qualify. Promotion codes issued by Stripe are separate from affiliate attribution.
Commissions are held for 30 days and normally paid weekly through Stripe Connect once the payable balance reaches $25. Refunds and disputes may reverse unpaid commissions or be deducted from future payouts. Affiliates are responsible for accurate tax and payout information, required disclosures of their relationship with Lyracut, and all taxes on their earnings.
Affiliates may not use spam, misleading claims, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, trademark bidding that impersonates Lyracut, unlawful incentives, or paid traffic that misrepresents the source of a referral. Affiliates act as independent contractors and may not bind or speak for Lyracut. Lyracut may review, hold, adjust, suspend, or close an affiliate account to investigate abuse, comply with law or payment-provider requirements, correct errors, or protect the program. Earned amounts remain subject to refunds, disputes, fraud review, and lawful withholding.
Your content
You retain ownership of media and instructions you submit. You grant Lyracut a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the requested service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process the content. You are responsible for reviewing edits, captions, generated material, licenses, releases, and final exports before publishing or distributing them.
Acceptable use
Do not use Lyracut to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, evade security controls, harass others, create prohibited sexual or exploitative content, misrepresent identity, or interfere with the service. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
AI and third-party services
AI and media-processing results can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Recommendations are editing assistance, not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You remain responsible for human review and final creative decisions.
Some features rely on third-party platforms and are subject to availability and applicable provider terms. Adobe and Premiere Pro are trademarks of Adobe. Lyracut is an independent product and is not sponsored or endorsed by Adobe unless Adobe states otherwise.
Service changes and termination
We may update features, limits, integrations, or these terms as the service evolves. We may suspend or end access for material breach, unlawful use, nonpayment, security risk, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyracut is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyracut will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Lyracut's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid Lyracut during the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing terms
These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and Lyracut regarding the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
